Shipping
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will be charged $5 flat-rate standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future – stay tuned!
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Will my order arrive in one package?
We partner with multiple brands to curate our collection, and each brand ships items directly to you. This means that items may ship separately, and your order could arrive in multiple packages and on different days.
You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it ships.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible products within 15 days of delivery. Returns can receive store credit or a refund, less a $9.95 handling fee per shipment.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Free of damage or wear
How do I make a return?
Need to start a return? You can begin the return process here. Each return shipment is subject to a $9.95 handling fee.
How do I return items from multiple shipments?
We partner with multiple brands to curate our collection. When you place an order, each brand ships items directly from their location to your door.
If your order arrived in multiple packages, you may receive separate return instructions so that items are returned to the correct location. Returns may need to be shipped in separate boxes, each with its own return label.
Each individual return shipment is subject to the $9.95 handling fee.
Are returns free?
A flat fee of $9.95 will be charged for each return shipment. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label and subtract the return fee from your refund.
Shipping fees are not refunded. Your refund will reflect the amount paid after any promotions or discounts.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and return the original item.
We’ll provide free standard shipping on the replacement order.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Yes! We’re happy to offer full store credit as an alternative to a refund. You’ll receive the full return amount with no return handling fee.
If you prefer store credit, just let us know when requesting your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, less the handling fee, to your original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Can I return final sale items?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Clearance items
- Products marked "Final Sale"
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@hellozazu.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
When contacting us, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging your order shipped in so we can best assist you.
